Takapuna and Milford mix lakeside and beachside family homes with apartments. The East Coast Bays are full of family houses where sand and salt air are part of daily life. Greenhithe and Albany bring larger modern homes with more bathrooms, more glass and more stairs.
We clean all of them to the same standard, using a standardised residential checklist that our cleaners work through at every visit. In every bathroom that means the shower and bath scrubbed, the toilet cleaned including the base and behind, tapware, mirrors, vanity tops, cabinet fronts spot cleaned, window sills, skirting boards, towel rails and toilet roll holders wiped, floors vacuumed and mopped, and rubbish emptied with bags replaced. In the kitchen it covers benchtops, backsplash, sink and tapware, cupboard and drawer fronts, the exterior of the fridge, stove, dishwasher and benchtop appliances, the inside of the microwave, and the table cleaned and tidied. Bedrooms, hallways, living areas and the laundry are dusted, wiped, vacuumed and mopped, with beds made and changed when fresh linen is left out, sofas vacuumed and wiped as required, and every room left neat and presentable.
We are not a quick wipe down service
Our reputation across the North Shore is built on attentiveness to the details, because those are precisely the tasks our clients cannot get to in a busy life. Tops of door frames. Light switches and door handles. Cabinet and drawer fronts with visible marks removed. Skirting boards, trims and window sills. Light fittings and ceiling fans dusted where they can be safely reached. Our cleaners are trained to seek these out as routine rather than as an extra.
If there is a task specific to your household that you do not see on our checklist, mention it and we will do our best to include it. We also offer add-on services you can request ahead of a visit, including blinds dusted, the inside of the fridge or oven cleaned, kitchen cupboards cleaned inside and out, and wardrobes, linen cupboards or hall cupboards cleaned and lightly organised.
Weekly or fortnightly, shaped around your home
Your first visit brings the home up to our maintenance level of clean. From there we talk with you about a regular schedule that makes sense for your household. Many of our North Shore clients find weekly works best, while others are very happy with fortnightly. We can also prioritise specific rooms if you do not need the whole house covered. Every home and every family is different, and we work with you so the scope and frequency are genuinely right rather than sold to you.

Before leaving, every cleaner runs through a final safety check. The stove and oven are off, all taps are off, toilets are not running, doors are locked as required, windows are left as found and the temperature is set as you had it.
