Office cleaning in Wairau Valley
Commercial cleaning services you can count on
Wairau Valley is the trade and light industrial heart of the North Shore. Wairau Road, Link Drive, Diana Drive and the surrounding streets carry trade suppliers, building and construction businesses, large format retail, showrooms, automotive premises and service companies, nearly all of which combine a customer facing area with an office and a workshop, warehouse or yard behind it. Gentle Earth provides office cleaning in Wairau Valley for premises of exactly this kind.
Customer areas and working areas in one building
The cleaning challenge in Wairau Valley is the contrast within a single site. The front counter, showroom and office need to look presentable to customers who walk in all day, while the areas behind them generate dust, dirt and traffic that constantly work against that. Staff amenities take a heavy load from teams who come in and out from site work.
We build a plan that handles both. Customer facing areas get frequent, detailed attention. Amenities are cleaned to a standard that holds up against genuine wear. Entrances and hard floors, which take the brunt of the traffic, are given the frequency they actually need. Periodic work such as high level dusting and floor maintenance is scheduled separately so it happens on time. Our cleaners follow checklists every visit, and the plan can be adjusted whenever things change.
Reliable attendance on an early schedule
Trade businesses open early. Our scheduling software requires cleaners to clock in and clock out, and GPS tracking confirms they are at your Wairau Valley premises at the agreed time, so the clean is done before your first customer arrives. We train multiple cleaners on each site, meaning annual leave, illness or a staffing change never leaves you without service.
We schedule at times that are safe, convenient and least disruptive, and we work in with roller doors, alarm systems, yard access and any rules about when contractors may be on site. Frequency is yours to determine, from daily through to weekly or fortnightly, with additional cleans available as needed.
Trained for the hazards of the site
Every Gentle Earth cleaner is police vetted, wears a uniform with photo identification and is covered by our full insurance. Our cleaners are trained to comply with site specific health and safety requirements, including induction, personal protective equipment, exclusion zones around machinery and forklifts, and any rules regarding stock, tools or chemicals. This is standard practice for us across North Shore industrial and trade premises.
We can supply all cleaning equipment and consumables, or work with what you already have on site.
Consistency you can count on
We deploy well trained, self reliant cleaners and follow up with frequent site visits so the standard is checked rather than assumed. We seek your feedback and continually refine the service, and when something needs changing our team actions it promptly and professionally.
