These checklists ensure that you are receiving the same great clean at each and every visit. Our cleaners are trained to seek out those areas that tend to get missed in the hustle and bustle of everyday life: tops of door frames, light switches, cabinet fronts - those are the areas we especially take pride in taking care of for our customers. If you have a particular task that you don’t see on our checklist, just mention it to us and we will do our best to get it done for you.
At your first visit from us, we work to get your home to our maintenance level of clean. From there, we discuss with you regular cleanings that make sense for both your home and your wallet. Many of our clients find that weekly is a great appointment frequency, whilst others are thrilled with fortnightly cleanings. We can also prioritise specific rooms if you don’t need the whole house cleaned. Everyone’s home and family is different and we always work with you to ensure that we only cover the necessary scope and frequency.

In all bathrooms, these tasks will be completed:
Shower and bath scrubbed and cleaned
Sink scrubbed and cleaned
Toilet scrubbed and cleaned (including base and behind)
Tapware cleaned
High-touch surfaces cleaned (light switches, door handles)
Mirrors cleaned
Window sills cleaned
Skirting boards and trims dusted and wiped as needed
Vanity top cleaned
Cupboard, drawer and cabinet fronts spot cleaned (visible marks removed)
Towel rails and toilet roll holder wiped
Light fittings dusted, if accessible
Floors vacuumed and mopped
Rubbish emptied, exterior of bins wiped, bags replaced
Room left neat, tidy and presentable
In the kitchen and any bar areas, these tasks will be completed:
Benchtops cleaned
Cupboard and drawer fronts spot cleaned (visible marks removed)
Tap and sink cleaned (excluding dishes)
Backsplash cleaned
Kitchen table cleaned and tidied
Furniture, mirrors and frames dusted and wiped
Exterior of fridge cleaned
Exterior of stove/oven cleaned
Light fittings and ceiling fans dusted as needed, if accessible
Exterior of dishwasher cleaned
Exterior of all appliances on benchtops wiped, interior of microwave cleaned
High-touch surfaces cleaned (light switches, door handles)
Skirting boards and trims dusted and wiped as needed
Window sills cleaned
Floors vacuumed and mopped
Rubbish emptied, exterior of bins wiped, bags replaced
Room left neat, tidy and presentable
In all bedrooms, these tasks will be completed:
Bed made and changed (if fresh linens are provided)
Furniture, mirrors and frames dusted and wiped
High-touch surfaces cleaned (light switches, door handles)
Window sills cleaned
Skirting boards and trims dusted and wiped as needed
Light fittings and ceiling fans dusted as needed, if accessible
Floors vacuumed and hard flooring mopped (walk-in wardrobe floors vacuumed, if clear)
Rubbish emptied, exterior of bins wiped, bags replaced
Room left neat, tidy and presentable
In all hallways and common areas, these tasks will be completed:
Furniture, mirrors and frames dusted and wiped
High-touch surfaces cleaned (light switches, door handles)
Window sills cleaned
Light fittings and ceiling fans dusted as needed, if accessible
Skirting boards and trims dusted and wiped as needed
Floors vacuumed and hard flooring mopped
Room left neat, tidy and presentable
In all other rooms, these tasks will be completed:
Sofa vacuumed and wiped (as required)
Table tops/desks dusted and wiped
Laundry wiped and floor mopped
Furniture, mirrors and frames dusted and wiped
High-touch surfaces cleaned (light switches, door handles)
Light fittings and ceiling fans dusted as needed, if accessible
Window sills cleaned
Skirting boards and trims dusted and wiped as needed
Floors vacuumed and hard flooring mopped
Rubbish emptied, exterior of bins wiped, bags replaced
Room left neat, tidy and presentable
Add-on services - please request prior to appointment
Blinds dusted
Inside of fridge cleaned (freezer cleaned but not defrosted)
Inside of oven cleaned
Kitchen cupboards and drawers cleaned inside and out
Linen cupboard cleaned and lightly organised
